Boekemans Launch New Service to Enhance Precision Farming Support
We are excited to Launch a New Service to our Company called AgriSync!
AgriSync is a FREE application downloadable with the links below on your Apple and Android device.
It enables you, our customer to contact us via the App and create a Ticket with information of the problem as well as Photos and Videos. We can also easily connect with you and see what you are seeing using your mobile.
The key here is we are doing everything possible to improve our support and this is the way we see it happening.
We now have 6 Trusted advisors ready to help you!
AgriSync is our way to provide free support to you our customers.
The advantage is that all 6 advisors receive the ticket when you open a ticket due to a problem.
Once one of us answers your ticket, the advisor will try to sort the issue out, and if not, he or she can pass on the ticket to another advisor for assistance, reducing double up of explaining the issue.
Please note that we recommend using our Phone Support Number for all urgent and immediate issues, of which we can then use AgriSync to help diagnose the issue if the call does not solve it.
