COVID-19 MESSAGE FROM BOEKEMAN MACHINERY

We hope you are having a positive start to the 2020 season with seeding already started for some, or just around the corner.

To ensure our business and our service to you is not disrupted we are taking practical steps to protect our customers and our staff from the impacts of COVID-19.

At present, our branches remain open for business as usual but we request all Customers to transact as far as possible with us by phone or email. In the case of Parts, we will gladly pick, pack and place your orders at a convenient location for collection.

Unfortunately, we do expect the distinct possibility of interstate freight delays with the closure of borders, reduction in airfreight and the potential of stricter lockdowns (if freight company staff members contract the Covid19 virus) that the supply of some parts may eventually be impacted. We will do our best to ensure we meet all orders but please understand that this may become out of our control.

Within our dealerships, we are taking practical steps to protect our staff and customers. These include reinforcing & supporting social distancing, personal, and workplace hygiene.
We will be vigilant of the health of the team you interact with on farm and in our dealerships and we will support self-isolation for any team members showing symptoms of illness.

To help us continue to support you, we ask the following from our customers;

• Please observe social distancing when coming into our dealerships and please don’t be offended when our staff do the same;
• We will be offering ( subject to availability ) Hand Sanitizer for you to disinfect your hands;
• If you or your staff are unwell, please do not come into our branches;
• Please call ahead when ordering parts and we can leave them in a predetermined pick up location for you;
• Keeping our in field Service Technicians healthy is essential. When they visit your property please give them space and avoid where possible sharing the machinery cabin with them;
• If there are people with illness on your farm, please ask them to keep their distance from our team and the machinery they are working on; and
• If you have international workers observing their 14-day isolation period on your farm, please keep them isolated from our Service Technicians.

It may take a while but we will get through this testing time together
