Boekemans Academy is actively seeking applications for apprenticeships and traineeships, leading to genuine long-term career opportunities under the umbrella of our family business. With openings in our Service, Parts, Sales, and Precision Farming divisions across four WA branches, successful applicants will be trained and mentored to successfully launch their agricultural career.

Unlike other positions, Boekemans service technician training offers hands-on mechanical experience across all leading brands on the market, equipping our trainees with more diverse on-the-job skills.

From combine harvesters to tractors, sprayers, and other heavy equipment, machinery service apprentices will learn how to provide expert vehicle repair and support services.

Boekemans Parts Traineeships are available to those who seek a long-term career as Parts Managers and Interpreters at Boekemans. Our parts division is absolutely essential to day-to-day operations at Boekeman Machinery, dealing with an extremely broad range of machinery from leading brands.

Extensive training will be provided, ensuring our parts trainees develop strong product knowledge and are ready to assist with all our customers’ parts needs.

Sales trainees at Boekemans will learn the skills required to be the face of the company, reflecting what our business is all about in every customer interaction.

Boekeman Machinery – Dowerin Branch is seeking an enthusiastic person who will work with our Boekemans team to build long last relationships with our clients and ensure we support their farming practices. If you are an enthusiastic and motivated sales person with excellent organisational and communication skills this could be the career path for you!

We have market leading agricultural products including Case IH, Trimble, JCB, Marshall Multispreader, Ausplow, Grain King and Simplicity Airseeders. Multiple of these products are designed and made within Australia so in depth training is provided.

Experience within the agricultural machinery field is preferable, but not essential as Boekeman Machinery continually undertakes training to get you up to speed in this exciting field.

You will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills, and have the ability to learn quickly and provide professional support to our customers. The job includes mostly time on the road, but also time in the office/branch.
We offer extensive training and your traineeship through TAFE will assist you in building your career at Boekemans in the Agricultural Industry.
